No matter! IT WAS INCREDIBLE! It has my vote for Game of the Year even. I can't think of any other game all throughout this year that has captured my heart so. It will not be missed.....because I'm doing a 2nd run already! Since I took the TRUE END path in the game the first time around, a lot of new features will open to me on this second playthrough. I should now be able to create a Izanagi no Okami when I reach lv 91 on this playthrough. I should also be getting a invitation to the secret boss battle in the late end of this 2nd playthrough! :)
I'm a little sad that you don't keep the MC's levels for the 2nd playthrough like you could in P3.....but this only makes it more like Nocturne's New Game+, so I don't mind it at all now.
To those that have not finished P4 yet. My recommendation is to enjoy the game at your own pace. If you feel that you should have done something else or picked something else for an S Link, reload and make the choice you felt was better! If you feel that you're not getting enough exp from a certain dungeon and it is starting to feel like you're grinding to the next level......continue the story naturally and forget about lving. I guarantee you the next dungeon will have monsters that will give you all the exp you wanted to lv up haha.
Lastly, when you approach the month of december......save if you plan on taking the "true end" path and consider looking at a online guide. I'm serious. You might end up with a BAD END for all you know. All it takes is one little slip and you won't even be able to enjoy the normal end.

And I was so sure for the longest freaking time that Teddie was gonna pull a Ryouji on us. But Im not completely at the end yet so uh. THERES STILL A POSSIBILITY.
AND NAOTO STILL RULES. FRICK YEAH.
But um hey, I had a question. I'm on 12/08, will I have at least one freaking extra day or two to max out Naoto's Link? She's at freaking 9. FREAKING NINE. And LOL Nanako has been at 9 since before she "died" and when I thought she had/before she came back I was like LOL DANGIT I WAS SO CLOSE.
You have until 12/23 (12/24 is the last day to finish the dungeon, if I'm not mistaken) to increase S.Links. Nanako and Dojima are not available as you already know, so if you havn't finished them..... :(

If you want to view the True End....be sure to talk to all your MAXED S.Links on the day before departure and refuse to go back home when you talk to all of them. Go to Junes food court....and you should be fine on your own from there on in.
Oh and is the last dungeon hard? What level do you think is good enough to beat the boss without too much difficulty?
I leveled up super fast in the dungeon on December because I caught two guardian fish and got the Musashi Shinai from the fisherman. Its a sword with very weak attack and good accuracy, but....here is the catch....you get 50%+ EXP GAIN! It can only be obtained in december (the sword from the fisherman)
To catch a guardian you must first catch a huge fish and have the fisherman give you the advanced fishing set/kit. You'll now be able to catch the Guardian (this is also a requirement for 9-Maxed Hermit Rank S.Link request)
With that sword I gained a ton of exp and grinded up to about lv 80 before the boss of the December dungeon. The TRUE dungeon in March......I skipped almost every enemy that I ran into and mad dashed for the top floor where the boss was XD I was lv 82 I believe. The boss wasn't very hard....but wasn't very easy either. This may be because I used debilitate (from my trumpeter) on the boss mostly when it was needed and that weakened the boss significantly.
My party was MC, Yukiko (her salvation was great), Yosuke (wind amp + wind boost + increase wind magic by 40% accessory = BOSS BLOWN AWAY), and Chie with her awesome power charge + God's Hand combo that did over 1000 dmg to the boss if I used Heat Riser on her from my Trumpeter.
Lots of buff skills and debuff skills (again "debilitate" is the golden answer to this) makes the final boss possible at even a lower level than 80 I would guess. It helps to have someone with the ring that cuts SP use by half, I recommend MC wear it so that he'll have more SP for debilitate and heat riser and possible healing/ magic attacks.
